3. Proposed Hotel - Elmhurst, Queens, New York. 4 story Hotel. The drawing shows the proposed floor plans with the first floor having a pool, hot tub, jacuzzi and weight room, next to the restaurant and lobby area. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors have single and double bed rooms, with elevator access to each floor.

4. Proposed 3 story addition to building - Manhattan, New York City. This is a proposed 3 story with loft addition and alteration to an existing 3 story building. This will convert the buildings use to a total of five stories of apartments and one story of retail space on the first floor.

Commercial:

1. New Coffee Beanery - Alteration of existing store for New Coffee Beanery.

2. New Two Story Building for Exxon Station - Long Island City, NY. New 2 Two Story Building for repair garage, foodmart, and office for new Exxon Station. There are photographs of the exterior of the new Building.

3. Garage addition and Foodmart Conversion for Sunoco Station - Staten Island, New York. New 2 bay auto repair garage with the alteration of the existing building to a foodmart. The addition of a self serve gas station attendant booth is provided for in the existing building. There are photographs of the exterior and dhe interior of the new garage.

4. Storefront and Renovation - Brooklyn, New York. New Storefront for hair salon, photographs show the New Storefront.

5. Retail Preliminary drawings - 6,000 sf. One level building. The plan provides for a shopping area, storage area with loading dock, office, toilets, and utility rooms.

6. Addition and Renovation - Manhasset, New York. Two story Brick Masonry Elevator Addition and Interior Renovation. The Structure was originally a Fire House and is considered a historic building. It is now used as commercial space. There are photographs of the front, and side of the building.

Industrial:

1. New C of O - Drawings and photographs of the1929 building that is being legalized for new tenants. The project included upgraded fire safety and egress.

2. A set of Preliminary drawings - Garage for vehicles and other machines. The one level building is Block and Steel with a sloped Metal roof. The floor plan shows the full span beams for the roof structure.

Public:

1. Recruiting Center - Manhattan, New York. New Recruiting Center for the Army, Navy, Airforce and Marines in downtown Manhattan, New York. The existing commercial space was renovated to Government Specification. There are photographs and plans of the completed office.

2. Navy and Airforce Recruiting Office - Bronx, New York. New Recruiting Office for the Navy and Airforce. The existing retail space was renovated to Government Specification. There are photographs of the completed office.

3. New Truck Stop Building at JFL Airport with BP/Amoco Gas Station - Queens, New York. Proposed Nnew 2 story truck stop building with BP/Amoco gas station at JFK Airport. Proposed car parking, truck parking, fast food counter, and waiting area on a full block size development.
