Codes and Schematic design

Your project goes through a thorough Analysis of the local and national codes for both the zoning and building requirements. The schematic design is generated from a careful look at your space and use needs.

Design and Drafting

Program fulfilling designs are achieved here. All designs are computer generated with different levels of details possible. Like furniture layout, lighting plans, exits and circulation diagrams and building area calculations.

Computer Technology

Your Project can be presented in Black & White, Color, and 3D Shaded. Full 3D Modeling and Perspective Drawings can be generated for a Presentation, Rendering, or Detail.
All computer drafting is on DesignCad, and is solely owned and licensed software. I can work with your specific program, having experience with Autocad, AutoArchitect, and ASG Architectural. Each Computer drawing can be made into DXF, Jpeg, Gif, Postscript, or Ansi file formats for compatible file transfer.
The Plotting of drawings are performed In-Office with Hewlett Packard Machines , making for fast and frequent output.

Engineering Services

All engineering for your project are available.
Including:

Specifications - for all services, codes and General Building Notes
Site - Area Calc. drainage, parking, egress
Structural - wood framing, steel framing, trusses
Sprinklers - single story, multi story, wet or dry systems
Plumbing - new or existing, interior and exterior to street
HVAC - Unit and duct sizing, central air, electric, water, steam
Electrical - codes, panel sizing, placement
Lighting - codes, layout, specifications

Presentation drawings are available for your project upon request.

For all types of work:
New Construction, Additions, Alterations, Renovations, Variance with project only. No Cellar or Basement Legalizations
